Algae Agar agar is the result of the mixture of eight varieties of seaweed.
Boil 8 minutes. To make hard consistency jelly: 1 tablespoon per 1/2 liter of liquid.
For consistency of flan: 1 tablespoon per liter. Allow to cool.
As a neutral tasting thickener, is also ideal in pies, soups, purees and sauces.

Protein: 0,6%, Fat: 0,1% Carbohydrates (Soluble fiber): 70%, Calcium: 325mg, Magnesium: 159mg, Prospgorus: 20,7mg, Iron: 2,2mg.
Gelatine is highest quality marina. Is the soluble fiber extracted
from seaweed Gelidium sesquipedale and has a neutral taste. Used as thinkener and gelling agent in desserts ( cakes, jams, jellies, custards, creams, sorbets, juices).
Also to ticken sauces, soups or purees. For its high purity is also used in research (microbiology). One tablespoon of agar flakes can thicken 1 liter of liquid, boiling 8 minutes 100% vegetable. It is low in calories and satiety.
