Rye is a grain prized for its depurative properties of blood. Frequent consumption is recommended for sedentary people, it helps to maintain elasticity of blood vessels and is rich in folic acid (regenerator of the blood) and minerals: iron, sodium, calcium and iodine. This cereal is more responsive to the action of yeast, lacking less protein than wheat, rye bread is usually denser and darker than wheat. The black bread is made with rye.
Allow to soak overnight, cook about 5-10 minutes.
