Kukicha tea or Bancha are the same tea. The Kukicha is made of green tea leaves, collected after three years. Bancha are the twigs, which also gets an infusion. More powerful than milk because it has six times more calcium and vitamin C has double orange. Toast the leaves or branches and get a super drink with just one percent of protein.
So aromatic and delicious tea is very popular in macrobiotic food in Japan. We recommend taking it only in the mornings because it provides energy for their essential alkalizing. Is ideal boil for ten minutes in a liter of water. In the summer you can enjoy with lemon.
