Obtained from sunflower seeds certified organic farming through natural extraction processes that help preserve its nutritional qualities. It contains 55.7% of high biological quality protein and high digestibility, providing all essential amino acids, plus vitamins and minerals from natural sources.
Does not contain allergens, and purine content is practically nil. Low in fat and carbohydrates and cholesterol. Inside his lipid profile include unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3, 6 and 9). How to use:
If we take it as a substitute for other sources of protein (a diet without animal protein but rich in legumes, seeds and cereals) should take about 35 g. of Protebio. This amount may decrease as the diet includes other protein foods (dairy, soy, algae ...). As a protein supplement is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablespoons a day (preferably in the morning) dissolved in juice, milk, vegetable drink, yogurt etc ... Because of its high dietary fiber content, it is recommended to take about 2 liters of water a day.
Focusing on athletes, Protebio can be taken as a protein supplement. Following a varied and balanced diet the RDA would Protebio 3 tablespoons or 1 over 35 g per day (30-35 g) dissolved in juice, milk or water. For added protein supplement, could reach 6 tablespoons or 2 sachets per day (60-70 g). For its slow absorption rate and for better assimilation of proteins, is recommended to consume Protebio before going to bed, in the hours before training or between hours throughout the day.
