Ingredients: Orthosiphon glycerine extract * (stamineus Orthosiphon Benth.) (33.3%), Bearberry glycerine extract * (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi Spren.) (33.3%), Horsetail glycerine extract * (Equisetum arvense L.) (33.3%). * In vegetable glycerin.
Orthosiphon medicinal purposes, are used leaves and flowering tops and contains potassium salts, essential oil, flavonoids, organic acids such as rosmarinic, caffeic acid and ursolic glycosides, saponins and tannins. It is considered a potent diuretic and anti-inflammatory, appropriate to promote urination and elimination of urea and uric acid, reduce swelling due to fluid retention or edema, help dissolve kidney stones, and its bacteriostatic action, curbs urinary infections. Indicated in cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and urolithiasis but also as support for the treatment of benign prostatic adenoma. The orthosiphon also shown to help lower blood pressure and LDL cholesterol, as well as rheumatism, gout and hepatobiliary disorders, such as gallstones. For kidney stones and renal colic pain mild, can be combined with horsetail grass of the stones (Silene Saxifraga). Horsetail is a tonic used in urinary diseases, low urine output, and oliguria, with chance of developing kidney stones, bladder diseases, and prostate problems. For urinary infections like cystitis is associated orthosiphon with bearberry, whose active ingredient has proved effective on the urinary tract, for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Bearberry, for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action, it's indicated to treat urinary tract infections such as cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis in men and vaginitis in women.
Recommended Dosage: Take 25 drops in a glass of water (200 ml approx.). Employment: Take 25 drops 2-3 times a day.
