Certified vegetable drink produced from home-grown groundnuts. Bottled horchata is the closest to the natural horchata. Pasteurized, without preservatives or colorings.
Can be obtained 3 liters of orgeat diluting with water. Shelf life: 3 years at room temperature, 3 months after opening and in the fridge. Alboraia prepared every morning in Valencia, using traditional methods consisting of groundnut grinding and sifting the juice obtained. The resulting horchata horchata is a gritty, deep-flavored ancient garden, with outstanding nutritional and medicinal properties (non-existent in the industrial horchata).
The horchata is rich in minerals and vitamins, among which phosphorus, potassium and vitamins C and E. Groundnut cultivation requires sandy soil and mild temperatures, conditions that are so special in the orchard of Valencia. It provides numerous enzymes that aid digestion.
