Choline is usually considered part of the vitamin B complex. It's the basic constituent of lecithin, which facilitates the transport of fat from the liver to the cells and must be present before storing vitamin A. Is generated in the body, but most of the choline present in tissues derived from ingested phosphatides, such as found in lecithin.
Inositol is usually considered part of the vitamin B complex. It is believed that the inositol, together with choline is needed for the production of lecithin in the body.
Vitamin B is necessary for the proper functioning of the body as energy, participate in the growth, produce many enzymes, hormones and proteins, maintained in good repair the nervous system and strengthen the immune system. Vitamins B include a large number of substances involved in the metabolism of all living cells. Acting as coenzymes work together with proteins in several enzyme systems of our body. Functions of Vitamin B are synergistic and certainly because of these interrelationships, a deficient intake of one or more of them can cause deficiencies in the others, hindering their use. The B vitamins are water soluble and are not stored in the body. Must be replaced daily and any excess is eliminated.
